Alicia Cukjati has been a group exercise instructor and helping people exercise in a fun and safe manner for 7 years. She has a 200 hour yoga teacher certification and practiced yoga during and after both pregnancies, enhancing her ability to labor and birth without medication. Her love of yoga, cycle and overall fitness began her quest to help others improve their fitness goals and make positive lifestyle changes. She has two young children and is passionate about helping moms-to-be and new moms maintain a healthy and fit pregnancy and beyond. These classes cater to the pregnant body and bodies recovering from birth with exercises and modifications designed especially for your ever-changing needs. She’s also a natural childbirth instructor and is passionate about helping others have a self-tailored birth experience.
