Hypnobabies goal is that all women will learn about their birthing choices, become empowered to take responsibility for their own pregnancies, births and babies, and truly enjoy the amazing beauty of birth. 

Using Master Hypnotist Gerald Kein’s famous Painless Childbirth techniques, expectant Mom’s and their birth partners come to Hypnobabies classes once a week for 6 weeks, (group or private classes) 18 hours of instruction. They easily learn self-hypnosis, instant relaxation techniques, medical hypnotic anesthesia techniques, deepening cues and ‘Eyes Open’ childbirth hypnosis. This allows the hypno-mom to walk and talk and move around freely yet remain very relaxed, fully present, aware and in touch with her body and baby completely comfortable while doing so. The hypno-moms will receive 7 CDs, and a hypnobabies workbook. Hypno-partners also receive their own relaxing CD and workbook. Hypno-mom’s start to bond with their baby in utero before they even start the classes.

  

Hypnobabies is a ‘complete’ childbirth education class. Hypnobabies teaches, comfort in pregnancy, labor choices, birth plans, nutrition, exercise, new baby care, comfortable birth positions, and stages of labor and consumer issues. Along with the birth partner training, Hypnobabies couples take with them hypnosis tools that will benefit them for a lifetime.
