Our Prenatal Yoga classes help prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for the process of childbirth, providing a time and space to quiet the mind and connect with your body and growing baby.
We'll focus on breath awareness during a rhythmic flow of dynamic and restorative postures, while honoring the changing needs of pregnancy through modifications and instruction on proper anatomical alignment. Prenatal Yoga provides a safe, supportive environment where we use the power of the breath to transform the discomforts of pregnancy, general stress and fear associated with childbirth into strength, peace of mind and joyful surrender.

This practice is beneficial for new and experienced yoga students at every stage of pregnancy. This class is a great way to connect with other moms-to-be in our community!
